Delivery and Returns

We offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders Over $199.99 

(Excludes Footwear)

Once an order is placed please allow 24 hours for processing. 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Pick up in-store option (Present your identification and card used for purchase to collect)
  • Regular AusPost eParcel (2-4 working days, 5-7 for outside WA)
  • Express AusPost eParcel (Usually 1 day, except remote locations, and outside WA).

CHANGE OF MIND?

In the event that you are wanting to return your purchase, we accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn and with original packaging intact as new) within 14 business days of receiving your order.

We offer in-store credit on returned items (to the value of the item purchased, excluding shipping costs). 

Any returned items that do not meet this criteria will be returned to you immediately at your cost.

Details for return and exchange requests should be directed to Sales@milife.com.au within 14 business days of receiving your order.

If the item you have purchased is deemed faulty, please contact us within the above mentioned timeframe (14 days from receipt of purchase) and we will review the item case by case and offer a refund if we are unable to replace this item for you.

PLEASE NOTE:

*We do not offer cash refunds on any purchases made in-store or online.

 

FAULTY PRODUCT?

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact sales@milife.com.au

explaining the fault. Once the item is received we will assess the fault. We will deem the item faulty at our discretion. We have a 90 day return policy for any faulty items. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been followed you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty. If your item is indeed faulty, we offer a store credit. Shipping fees are non refundable we are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. This policy applies to all orders.
