Once an order is placed please allow 24 hours for processing. 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Pick up in-store option (Present your identification and card used for purchase to collect)
  • Regular AusPost eParcel (2-4 working days, 5-7 for outside WA)
  • Express AusPost eParcel (Usually 1 day, except remote locations, and outside WA).

CHANGE OF MIND?

In the event that you are wanting to return your purchase, we accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn and with original packaging intact as new) within 14 business days of receiving your order.

We offer in-store credit on returned items (to the value of the item purchased, excluding shipping costs). 

Any returned items that do not meet this criteria will be returned to you immediately at your cost.

Details for return and exchange requests should be directed to Sales@milife.com.au within 14 business days of receiving your order.

If the item you have purchased is deemed faulty, please contact us within the above mentioned timeframe (14 days from receipt of purchase) and we will review the item case by case and offer a refund if we are unable to replace this item for you.

FAULTY PRODUCT?

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact sales@milife.com.au

explaining the fault. Once the item is received we will assess the fault. We will deem the item faulty at our discretion. We have a 90 day return policy for any faulty items. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been followed you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty. If your item is indeed faulty, we offer a store credit. Shipping fees are non refundable we are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. This policy applies to all orders.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. The prices listed on the website do not include delivery charges. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the delivery option and location you require the item to be shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, After Pay, and PayPal.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Customer information is only stored on our secure database and not used for anything other than authorized promotions or internal reference. 

How do I know my order has been received?

Once you’ve completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please check this carefully to ensure all your details are correct. If any details are incorrect please contact us immediately at sales@milife.com.au

If you don’t receive an order confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order check your Junk folder in case our emails are going there. We may also have the incorrect email address registered with your name. Please check your account details to ensure your e-mail address has been entered correctly.  

 

DELIVERY

What Courier Providers do you use?

We use AUS POST auspost.com.au/track/track.html . You will be notified of your tracking number when you receive your fulfillment email after your purchase has been processed.

Do we ship to Parcel Lockers?

No, we do not ship to any Parcel lockers. 

 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time is measured from when your order is dispatched and do not include any hold ups that may occur due to local procedures. 

Is there a delivery fee?

We offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $220 AUD.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is being added at a later date. 

RETURNS

Can I exchange my order for something different?

In the event that you are wanting to return your purchase, we accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn and with original packaging intact as new) within 14 business days of receiving your order. 

 You can return any item for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. 

 How do I return/exchange product ordered online?

Will I have to pay for the return shipping?

Can I return my order to a store?

You can return your online order to our store in Fremantle, all you need is your order invoice as proof of purchase. 

I have received the wrong item in my order, what should I do?

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact Sales@milife.com.au straight away with your name and order number so that we can resolve this for you. 

I have received something faulty, what should I do?

If you receive a faulty item please contact Sales@milife.com.au with your name, order number and as many details as possible. We will resolve any issues with faulty items as quickly as we can.
